Description
Debris hills is a non-commercial homebrewing and blending project with high ambitions . Our main focus is experimenting on a small scale with beers, ciders and ferments. Another part of our activities consists of brewing beer, mainly wild, and creating different ciders with special combinations. Our greatest passion is blending lambic and wild beers with fruit, herbs and other surprising combinations. In our cellar you'll discover different blends combinations such as vintage beers, ciders, homebrews and even champagne.
