Sample from bottle at Carnivale Brettanomyces, Home Brewers Market. Didn't take many notes, just enjoyed good beers and good company. What I do remember: Smooth strawberry.

Bottle at "Johnny's got a new place" beer celebration. Darker amber color, no head. Smell and taste are sourish, tart, strawberry and red fruit fruity. Wow, so much fruit in there. Awesome balance. Lovely.

LCI. Thank you Ricky Chiu. Big strawberry dominance impressive here, Cherry follows with some minerality and depth, lighter funk than Cantillon, but really restrained. Lovely body.

A hazy bright golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of intense sour yellow fruits, mango, grapefruit. Taste of sour yellow fruits, mango, grapefruit, intense sour finish.

A hazy pinkish red beer with a small white head. Aroma of sour cherries, lacto, yeast, strawberries. Taste of sour strawberries, cherries, lactic fruits, long dry tart finish.

Almost clear purple red colour, white lacing. Aroma of sour red grapes, brett, funk. Taste of sour red berries, grapes, brett, funk, dry vineous finish.

Finally caught up with the Carnivale Brettanomyces Homebrewers festival! So many good and fascinating beers! This one was a pretty straightforward blend of two lambics with added hops.
