Flaska från Bierothek. Kopparfärgad klar vätska med medelhögt skum. Maltig och söt men också lite träig med en torrare lätt besk karaktär. Lite som stark wienerlager. Ok

Bottle. Clear gold with a big white head. Aroma of grains, grass and spicy hops. Taste of grains, malts, bread, straw, hints of lemons, spice and just a tiny bit of metal. Moderate bitterness. Medium to strong carbonation. Clean, crisp, süffig and refreshing. I went in with no expectations and it’s just another basic Pils but boy did I enjoy this tremendously.

"St. Bonifatius Winterbier", "gebraut für Heurich, Petersberg", Flasche von Logo, Mellrichstadt. - Dunkles Kupferrot, blank. - In der Nase festbiertypisch breites aber mattes, sirupartig karamelsüßes Malz und nur milde hopfenwürzige Hopfung mit ein wenig kandierter Orangenschale. - Antrunk klebrig aber matt toastmalzig mit dezenter Sirupsüße, etwas Nuß, einem Hauch von Rauch und milder aber derber, billig wirkender hopfenwürziger Herbe. Durchschnittlich rezent, nicht richtig vollmundig. Im Abgang milde Malzbittere und nicht zu knappe aber nirgends hochwertige krautige, matt zitrusbittere Hopfenherbe. - Ein Festbier der billigeren Machart, eben eine typische Getränkemarkt-Eigenmarke, zu der keine renommierte Brauerei ihren guten Namen hergeben mag. Dunkles, trübes gelb im Glas. In der Nase Haferflocken, leichte Frucht. Im Trunk getreidig, crispy. Cornflakes, Hafer. Schöne Noten. Wär fantastisch, wenn’s noch etwas intensiver wäre. Dennoch lecker Ding.

Optisch einwandfrei, schöner Sahneschaum. In der Nase Frucht, im Trunk cremig, Banane, aber nicht zu intensiv, mittelsüß, geht schon.

Pale, light amber with a fleeting head. Aroma of mixed grains, honey, lemon vinegar. Taste is modestly bitter with a citric touch. Dry at the end, smoother throughout, a hint of booze. Drinkable but not a lot here to hold the interest.

0,5 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! Clear dark golden in the glass with a two finger white head. Grassy grainy smell. Taste has some grainy grassy parts, mid bitterness, malt in the second row. Hints of metallic. Average German Pilsener.
