Nice stuff. Got the black ipa hoppiness, touch of sweetness from the kokutou if that’s what it’s called. Nice balance!

As you’d expect. But it’s fine! I guess the rice gives it a bit more drinkability. Not as heavy as a Weizen maybe.

Nice resinous malty body. Good stuff. Slight sharpness but I think it works.
