W aromacie słodowe, tostowe, karmelowe.
W smaku słodowe, tostowe, lekko orzechowe. Kontra chmielowa niewielka.
Goryczka niska, wysycenie do średniego, ciało w normie. Mało akcentów belgijskich.
Jako altbier byłoby spoko, jak na dubbla za mało belgijskie.

W aromacie mango, nieco marakui.
W smaku lekka słodycz, nieznaczna kwaskowość. Sporo mango, nieco mniej marakui. Kontra chmielowa znikoma.
Goryczka niska, wysycenie średnie, ciało dość lekkie.
Mdłe, nijakie, mało pijalne. Wywalić mango i będzie dużo lepiej

18.07.2024 Aromat owocowy brzoskwiniowy morelowy. Mętne, biała piana złote, żółte. Słodkie, lekko gorzkie, jak na ten styl jest trochę mało goryczkowe Nagazowanie duże, treściwość średnio lekka, gładkie, Ogólnie piwo wydaje się mi za słodkie jakby za mało było chmielu.

Bottle, 6%. Good pungent hop aroma. Teaish with white wine notes, vanilla. Cloudy golden colour. Small white head. The flavour has a massive vanilla note, distinctly Sorachi Ace. Fairly high bitterness, but clean enough.

Bottle, 5%. Raspberry aroma. Muddy reddish colour. Fizzy but ok stable white or pink head. The flavour is citric but with a good mouthfeel. Good berry note. It reminds me of raspberry, but it says sour cherries on the bottle. Either way, it is a more than decent beer. The finish reminds me a little of Berliner Weisse in that it is drier than the beginning, but not too dry, though.

Bottle. Pours hazy rhubarb reddish with airy pinkish head. Clear aroma of cherries, with notes of yeast and malty touches. Dry flavour of sour cherries, with notes of Gose yeast and touches of hops and malt. Dry and estery aftertaste. Reasonable for the style.
