Closet Brewing is an Edinburgh-based nano-brewery run by two queer women (and our tiny dog).
Our emphasis is on quality vegan beers, queer community and keeping a local-minded, outgoing approach at the centre of our mission.

Appearance - golden and hazy, foamy white head.
Nose - dank, almost tangy sour, green beans.
Taste - tangy sour for sure, almost like unmalted wheat you get in Wit, dishcloth, grassy.
Palate - light bodied, dry and tangy.
Overall - not sure this is what the brewer intended.

15/8/2026. Can at the EFL season kick-off Saturday beer share. From Seven Cellars, Brighton. Decent pour. Nice roasted malty hoppy aroma, chocolate, citrus, resin, touch soapy. Good roasted bitterness, bittersweet. Decent body. Well done.
