Pale gold, chill haze. Thin head. Aroma hints at gloppy malt, some grapefruit hop. Good, rich bitterness. Hop is okay - slight allium, pine and grapefruit but a bit oxidized. Canned end Jan so it’s not like it was turding up, just wasn’t bright. Shot of alcohol in the finish. Malts aren’t gloppy. Ends up okay. Feels like heavier on cascade than centennial, but as always I appreciate chinooky bitterness.

White head with very very pale body. First rice then hop aroma. I declared "Who put hops in my sake?" Thin ricey taste with no finish.

On tap at brewery. Pours clear yellow with white head. Aroma is dank and piney with some sweet malts. Flavour is very pine-forward with dry woody character. Messy and uncoordinated, not getting any NZ hops.

On tap at brewery. Pours clear yellow with white head. Not getting much on the aroma. Flavour has some light stonefruit and orange pith up front and dank oiliness on the finish. Pretty weak hop expression.
