7b Rue des Compagnons, Cormontreuil, 51350, France
Description
Created in 2012 in the middle of the Champagne vineyards, the Bouquine brewery, by its name, pays tribute to the inhabitants of Verzenay les bouquins and bouquines, where it was born.
Having continued to develop since its creation, the La Bouquine brewery has now taken up residence on the outskirts of Reims, in the commune of Cormontreuil. The current premises allow the entire La Bouquine beers to be brewed there, mainly using malts from local crops.
