Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a rich, white head. Fruity, slightly yeasty nose. Medium body, sweet and malty, lightly metallic with some late, balancing hops. Not exactly a Hefeweizen as the banana and clove aromas are absent. Decent enough though. 050719

0,5 flaske fra Superbrugsen i Gilleleje, delt med Einar i sommerhuset (Dronningmølle) aug-18: let uklar gylden med kort skum. Behagelig, men en smule beskeden aroma af citrus, koriander, belgisk gær og appelsinskald. Smagen er frisk og let drikkelig. Mild, appelsinaktig eftersmag.

0,5 flaske fra Nakkehoved fyr, delt med Einar i sommerhuset (Dronningmølle) aug-18: brunsvart med ok skum. Behagelig aroma og smak med mørke malter, litt kaffe, kreosot og overmodne bjørnebær. Tør bitterhed i afslutningen. God uten å være minneverdig.

Mild og floral aroma og smak av tørkede frukter, karamell, kamillete, urter og høy. Balansert inntrykk, men litt flat i munnfølelsen. Urter (kamille) og karamell i ettersmaken.
