On tap at The Barley Merchant, pours a cloudy pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light salt, some lacto, and a hint of lime. Flavour is tart, with lots of lime, plenty of salty saline, and big lacto. No phenolic notes but this isn't a very competent gose.

473 ml can. Pours a pale gold with moderate head. Aromas of lemons, white pepper, subtle pine, and toasted malts. Flavors of bitter citrus, pine and sharp biscuity malts. Clean. OK

Poured from the tap @ Portland Craft. Clear gold with small white head. Simple, clean, inoffensie, bland pils malt with bland saaz hops, average.

Poured from the tap @ Portland Craft. Fairly hazy gold with small white head. Feint lime, some mild belgian yeast, a bit weird, meh.

Slight haze, not much head. Plastic phenols of belgian wit yeast gone awry, with a bit of lime sort of covering it up. @dark fields.

473mL can, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma bursts with lots of bright piney hops, citrus, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is bright, with lots of piney and citrusy hops, a touch of dankness, and biscuity malt. Piney, citrusy finish. Very good stuff.

Pours hazy light golden. Aroma has a lot of citrus; lots of hops. Flavour is hoppy, grapefruit, resinous. Persistent light bitterness. A bit of candy on the finish. Mouthfeel not super aggressive.

On tap at Portland Craft, pours a hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Nose brings out tangy citrus hops, bitter pine, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is extremely bitter for a pale, with that nice sauv blanc hop character expressing itself. Crisp, biting, hoppiness on the finish and yet very well-balanced. Very good.

Can from High Point, Vancouver, batch 002, unclear tag, xx/31/23, this could be as fresh as 5 days, or 2+ months old
Hazy pale blond colour, small head, looks like eggwhites. Intense tropical and citrus aroma, slightly dank; this is more powerful that most beers I had recently. It's very dry, toasted rice base, it's delicate and crisp; the hop is piney, mildly dank, and with some bitter grapefruit peel; the bitterness level is good.
Quite unusual profile in all aspects (apart from the bitterness), but the result is extremely pleasant.

Golden with a slight haze. Really thick head off the side pour. Saazy aroma with decent malt base. Soft body, medium bitterness. Clean malt, herbal saaz. Not groundbreaking but good execution. I like that these guys landed with three solid brews out of the gate. They know how to brew, know how to market, and the contract thing tells me they have a handle on the financial side of things, too.
