[At Fynske Øldage 2005] An amber beer with a huge light brown head. The aroma is sweet nutty, but also with some acidic notes. The flavor is sweet nutty and hoppy, but also with an acidity lingering in the background - which I don’t like. From the name and from drinking it I thougt it was a English Pale Ale, but the brewery lists it as an IPA - if so it lacks a lot of hop character.

Bottle. Creamy white excellent head, fully lasting, alas to muddy to notice the colour, maybe because this beer was fresh from brewer. Very acetic aroma. Fantastic flavour especially of cinnamon. Long finish and oily texture. A very good beer from my nearest brewer.
