Growler 200 cl. Courtesy og yngwie. As: "Bies Honning Ale". Pours an almost clear amber with a frothy and lacing beige head with a good retention. Heavy, heavy diacetyl in the nose, damm... Medium body, sweet caramellish malts, if you dig thoroughly you may find some honey traces. Subtle roast and a little late licorice. 261111

Growler, as Bies Honning Ale. A two-finger, light beige head leaving lacings, on top of an almost clear dark amber to reddish brown body. Caramel sweetish aroma tending towards butterscotch. Not much honey going on, but some fruityness and a lighlty spiced touch. It’s quite sweet in the flavor too, some butterscotch like toffee, and dried fruits and a touch of fresh fruits. Medium body, smooth and soft. Dries up towards the end. Not sure why, but I like it. 111126

2L Growler. Thanks Yngwie. Bottle @ Early Winter season 11/12 Part. 3, Ulfborg. Pours ruby amber with a small white head. Sweet honey and diacetyl. Berries. Sticky and sweet. A touch of alcohol in the finish.

Draught@SBWF2011. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is caramel, fruits, some mild herbal notes as well as grassyness, nectar and honey. Flavour is quite crisp maltyness along with some caramel, nectar, honey and quite fruity and grassy bitterness as well. Wellbalanced flavour.

Draught at VilleValla Pub. Orange/light amber, hazy liquid with small off-white head. Aroma of citrus, grapefruit, tropical fruit, mango, rye, fresh hops, caramel malt. Very fresh and nicely smelling! Dry, hoppy taste with notes of rye and light malt. Medium to highly bitter. Really fresh and hoppy. Medium bodied with OK carbonation. Rare to find IPA this fresh in Sweden, even rare to find one this hoppy too. Really liked it.

From tap at Green Lion. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and slight phenolic yeasty. Fruity, phenolic and light spiced. Light floral touch. Bitter, fruity and yeasty finish. Ends dry and phenolic.
