Not my favorite beer. I've never had a Mild Ruby, but I would imagine it tasting something like this. Does taste pretty English indeed. Easter beer! Cheers Fredrik W.

(Bottle, 27 Dec 2025) Brownish red colour with frothy, tan head. Malty, spicy nose with dried fruit, figs, dark bread, cardamom, cinnamon, chocolate and orange peel. Malty, spicy, sweetish taste with notes of bread, cardamom, dried fruit, figs, caramel, cinnamon, orange peel and a gentle spicy bitterness. Medium body, quite sweet. Tasty, but on the sweet side and a bit intense spice character. Quite nice.

Mörkt kopparfärgad vätska med jämn skumtopp av beige sort. Fruktig arom med inslag av brödig fruktkaka. Framträdande maltighet men med god balanserad beska. Smaker av dadlar toppar det hela. Fyldig, eldig och med en kärvighet som bäst kan sammanfattas med ett "inte så pjåkigt".

(Bottle, 29 Aug 2025) Reddish brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty nose with notes of caramel, dried fruit, raisins, dates, brown sugar and a touch of whisky. Malty taste with caramel, dried fruit, apricots, raisins, whisky, oak wood and a mild spicy bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced with a good whisky presence. Very nice.

Bottled 330ml. -Unclear amber coloured, small off-white head, butter and light caramel in the nose. Buttery, caramel, toffee, light spicy and bitterish/sweet finish.
