Bottle, 5.8%. 6 weeks past BB date. Weak aroma, malty with fruity hoppiness. Cloudy dark copper colour. Stable, creamy light brown head. The flavour starts papery, turns sour and then yeasty. Not as bad as it sounds, but not good either. Seems to have a little roasted malt notes along with a spicy hoppiness, but buried underneath the less pleasant notes.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with citrusy notes of hops. The flavor is sweet malty again with citrusy notes giving it a slight acidity. Thanks yespr for this beer.

Bottle. A clear, golden beer with a beige/off-white head. Caramel-sweet aroma with a little fruityness, and some malty grainyness. Caramel, bitterness and some fruits in the flavor. Medium body. Pleasant fruity and bitter finish, but that’s not enough to make it worth the money. Sure not bad though. (071222)

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Myrup. Hazy, dark, amber golden with a beige head. A little caramel in the aroma - and perhaps a touch of almonds. Medium body with notes of caramel and an underlying, burned note that isn’t very christmasy. A dry and lightly bitter finish. 201107
