50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange/brown with a diminishing light brown and dense head. Slight grassy, tobacco and mildly spiced. Starts with a nice smoke note and goes into a caramel malty flavour. Malt seems mildly roasted. Finish is rather mild and with a mild citric/acidic note.

Bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. Golden-orange, unclear pour with some tiny floaties and an off-white head. Thyme and orange dominates the aroma and flavor, on the thyme side in the flavor. Medium body. Thyme in the finish, with some fruityness and hops. The thyme in this one made me think of lamb. Nice, but maybe a bit too much thyme. (071005)

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a lacing white head. Spiced and slight orange aroma. Orange fruity flavour, also a slight nutty malty flavour. Overall a clearly spiced beer, not what I had expected - so definitely something else amongst the danish harvest brews.

50 cL bottle, thanks to Papsø. Pours amber, slight hazy, with a decent light brown head. Somewhat acidic and slight caramel malty nose, a bit old. Carbonated and prickling mouthfeel. Flavour is caramel malty, slight on the darker side. Has some smoke like notes from the malt. Finish is dry bitter with some minor chocolate like notes. 5 months over bbd, still quite good.

Slightly hazy amber with a medium sized head. Malt and herbs dominate the aroma. Flavour is sweet and malty with strong notes of the added thyme. After three sips, the thyme becomes overwhelming.
