Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy amber with a white head. Smelly, greasy old hops aroma blending in with some caramel. Medium body, sour lactic acid all over drowning each and everything. Some late bittering hops are detected. But otherwise it’s just a horribly infected drainpour. 210616

On tap at Casablanca, Århus. As De Jyske Bryghuse Pilsner. It pours a clear, golden body under a minimal-sized white head. There’s pale malts and fruitiness in the aroma, with some grass and pine cones. It’s fruity and sweet on the palate, lacking a bit on bitterness I think, with a grassy touch in the back. Medium body and a nice carbonation level. Lasting finish with pale malts and a fruity sweetness. A flawless beer, but too sweet I think. 140804
