On tap at the source. It's an unclear orange-golden colored beer with a finger thick dense white head. The aroma is mostly on the fruity side, with peach notes and canned pears. Some yeasty fruitiness too, and a light touch of white bread. It's medium bodied and nicely carbonated, not really sweet, not really dry, and with a pleasant bitterness. Fruity flavor too, more or less just like expected considering the aroma, with a very light spiced yeast touch, some grass and a little pine cone touch. Fruity finish. An easy drinkable that shouldn't frighten anyone. 190813

On tap at the brewpub. It's a hazy golden colored beer with a nice offwhite head leaving lacing. Fruity, dusty-grainy aroma with some grass and a touch of pine cones. It's medium bodied, semi-dry and smooth on the palate, with a soft bitterness. Pale malts, bread notes, hints of hay, with grass and some pine cone hints. Medium length finish. An honest brew, but a bit dull. Like the malt flavor though. 190814

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, slightly hazy. Aroma is slightly dry grassy, hay, flowers, leafs, herbs, light malts, grass, minerals, dusty gooseberry peel, sawdust, funk. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, hay, minerals, flowers, leafs, paper, bark, light malts, pepper corn, yeast, sawdust, grass, fruit stones. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh and dry mineraly mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Hazed golden color with a nice white head. Ok lacing. Looks fine and inviting. Nice aroma with a fine intensity. Medium + body and a mellow carbonation level. Dangerously easy to drink. Fine balanced sweetness and a mild pleasant acidity. Malty, herbal ,fruity and some pleasant yeast notes. Well masked alcohol.
Drinking this with a lovely blue sky, one big yellow warming sun, silent beautiful ocean and the majestic mountains was a really true pleasure.
