Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, unripe apples, leafs, grass, alcohol, yeast, minerals, flowers, sorrel, apple peel, paper. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Boring.

Bottle. A crystal clear oily pour, golden in color, flat and headless. The aroma has concentrated apple juice and alcohol, generic fruityness and some lemon hints, a vague grassy hint and some faint sulphur. It's smooth, velvety and warming on the palate, sweet, with some apple peel astringency and bitterness. Apple juice, well concentraded, apple cores, generic fruity sweetness and a touch of apple cores in the flavor. Long finish. A bit sweet perhaps, but sure nice anyway. 240319
