Small fizzy shortlasting head, almost clear light straw colored. Aroma is slightly dry fruity, apple cores, apple peel, hay, flowers, minerals, grass, leafs, unripe apples. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, unripe apples, leafs, grass, alcohol, yeast, minerals, flowers, sorrel, apple peel, paper. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Boring.

Bottle. A crystal clear oily pour, golden in color, flat and headless. The aroma has concentrated apple juice and alcohol, generic fruityness and some lemon hints, a vague grassy hint and some faint sulphur. It's smooth, velvety and warming on the palate, sweet, with some apple peel astringency and bitterness. Apple juice, well concentraded, apple cores, generic fruity sweetness and a touch of apple cores in the flavor. Long finish. A bit sweet perhaps, but sure nice anyway. 240319

Bottle, 75cl. A clear, lightly sparkling, golden colored cider, headless. The aroma has a faint touch of sulphur and alcohol, some pear and grass and mostly apple. It's full-bodied and lightly warming on the palate, semi-dry, with a nice carbonation. Apple, some grass and pear, faint notes of grass and lime, with some alcohol and a faint hint of sulphur and tree bark. A nice one indeed. Not the most complex one, but very nice. 220302
