Small bubbly mediumlasting head, clear light straw colored. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, apple cores, sorrel, apple juice, grass, flowers, yeast, hay, apple peel, hints of citrus. Taste is slightly fresh sour-ish fruity, sorrel, apple cores, hay, sour apples, grass, apple peel, minerals, yeast, fruit stones, flowers. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice enough.

Small fizzy shortlasting head, very light clear straw colored. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, flowers, apple cores, hay, yeast, apple peel, sorrel, minerals, alcohol, unripe apples, grass. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, sorrel, alcohol, sour apples, grass, apple peel, hay, flowers, minerals, unripe apples. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and dry sour-ish boozy mouthfeel. Fair enough, kind of boring.
