Small fizzy shortlasting head, clear very light straw colored. Aroma is slightly sweet and fresh fruity, fresh Gravenstein apples, flowers, apple cores, grass, hay, apple peel, sorrel. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish boozy, apple cores, sorrel, soda powder, apple peel, alcohol, sour apples, grass, weeds, fruit stones, citrus. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish boozy mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Taste is slightly fresh sour-ish fruity, sorrel, apple cores, hay, sour apples, grass, apple peel, minerals, yeast, fruit stones, flowers. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice enough.

Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, sorrel, alcohol, sour apples, grass, apple peel, hay, flowers, minerals, unripe apples. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and dry sour-ish boozy mouthfeel. Fair enough, kind of boring.
