Bottle, 75cl corked. 2020 vintage. A very fizzy cider creating a huge head that immediately collapses. Pale straw, clear body. The aroma is lightly sulphury, luckily not at all as bad as the two others I've had from Dyre Gård. Some alcohol and higher alcohols too, but mostly it's fresh apples, some grass and apple cores. Hints of ripe pear in the flavor, along with a sulphury, chemical touch, hints of freshly mown grass and apple cores, and a good amount of fresh apples. Some alcohol hints too, giving a light warmth on the palate. Quite effervescent, and feeling a bit watery too. Quite clean finish. Not bad this one, sure the best of the three so far. 211020

Bottle, 75cl corked. Lots of sulphur and yeast escapes the glass when pouring this vigorusly sparkling crystal clear straw colored cider. A big, foamy head forms and disippates quickly. The sulphur don't disappear from the nose, and is kept company by some alcohol and a good dash of fresh apples. It's effervescent, full to medium bodied, semi-dry and lightly lemony-tart on the palate, with the sulphur quite evident in the flavor too. More focus on fresh apples though, with apple cores, some apple jam and grass, and a faint lemony touch. Medium length finish. Pity about the sulphur here, it really ruins the cider. 211012

Bottle, 75cl corked. Vintage 2020. A well carbonated almost colorless cider, clear, building a bit white head that lasts seconds. The aroma has more sulphur than I prefer, it's quite vinous, with a fruityness that feels like a mix of apple, pear, yellow plum and honeydew melon. Some grassy hints as well. It's quite effervescent on the palate, a bit thin, dry, yet with a light sugary sweetness. Some tartness, and the flavor also has some of the sulphur found in the aroma. Apple, pear, honeydew melon, flowery hints and some grass in the flavor. Lasting finish with still too much sulphur. Well, not very interesting this one, especially the sulphur turns me off. 210722
