750 ml corked & caged clear bottle, as Dyre Gård Økologisk EpleCider av Santana Eple (Organic Apple Cider), from Vinmonopolet Nettbutikken. ABV is 7.2%. Extremely pale colour, nearly like water, the palest real cider I have ever seen. Pours sparkling, no head. Aroma of apples and sulphites. Crisp and dry flavour of apples and sulphites.

Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, weeds, apple peel, sulphur, paper, apple cores, minerals, alcohol, unripe apples. Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Crap!
