0,75 litre Bottle, Straight from The source, shared at Hardanger Hotell, Odda. Light Golden with little white head. Apples, Wild yeast, semi-dry, some sweetness.

YG 131021. Pale golden color with some white bubbles. Aroma is apple, sulphur. Flavor is apples, sulphur, grass, alcohol. OK cider.

Bottle, 75cl corked. 2020 vintage. It's a clear, sparkling pale golden to straw colored cider with some white bubbles forming on top. The aroma feels a bit alcoholic, but it's mostly fresh and not too sweet apples. Some apple cores, grass and also a wee hint of sulphur. It's full-bodied, lightly warming and mostly on the dry side, with a flavor driven by fresh apples. Some alcohol, grass and apple cores too. Hints of hay chiming in towards the finish. A nice one indeed, but a bit gentle I think, on everything but the alcohol. Lacking on complexity too. 211012

Bottle 2018 edition from the source. Close to clear pale straw golden body with almost no head but lively small, bubbled carbonation. Rather mild but delicate aroma of yellow and green apples and a faint hint of sulfide. Taste is mild, medium sweet, balancing acidity and some sour citric fruit. Medium to light bodied and moderate aftertaste. Nice and clean cider, perhaps a bit weak in apple flavor but very refreshing.
