Bottle. A hazy amber colored beer with a small off-white head. The aroma is on the malty side, with toffee, bread, some dried fruit and a touch of fresh fruit and pine cones. It's full to medium bodied, softly carbonated and semi-dry on the palate, with some bitterness. Bread, toffee, pine cone hints and a hint of grass and herbs. Medium length finish. A quite decent one. 220806

Bottle 50 cl. Pours black with a reddish hue and a small, rough, beige head. Nose has some greasy hops and a hint of chocolate. Rich, sweet, roasty body, lowish carbonation. Again some chocolate notes. Some phenollic off-notes from the fermentation, but not entirely spoiling the brew. 271219

Bottle 50 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and a rich, white head. Fruity, yeasty nose. Medium body, a sweet fruitiness, again yeasty with a subtle late bitterness. But clean and drinkable and not overly phenollic. 271219

Bottle 50 cl. Cloudy, opaque orangey golden with a frothy, yellowish head - super foamy when poured. Nose is more roasty than anything else - which is very confusing considering the style. Medium body, kinda fruity but with massive phenols making this a chemical mess, and then again this odd roasty ege. Some late bitterness. Utter crap. 290819

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a small, white head. Spicy, yeasty nose - kinda nice. Rich, sweet, malty and fruity body, sweet oranges. Carbonation is to the low side. There's some subtle phenols underneath, probably from a warm fermentation, but at least when the beer is cold, they don't disturb too much. Warming finish with just enough hops for balance. Decent. 020819

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy opaque orangey amber with a HUGE and lively off-white head. Rough, earthy clay-like aroma with a vague caramellish touch. Medium body - I guess - but it's really one long string of flaws, massive, disgusting phenols making the beer taste like some chemical dump and underneath that even a slight tartness. No clean malts, no hop freshness - this is an utter mess. 040719
