Nice bubbly-creamy shortlasting head, clear golden color. Aroma is fresh fruity, yellow apples, flowers, apple peel, dried apples, grass, apple cores. Taste is slightly dry fruity, apple peel, sour apples, yellow apples, sorrel, minerals, grass, apple cores, hints of alcohol. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice and easy drinking.
