Bottle, 75cl. As Villa Vollen Eden Cider. A good looking cider, semi-dry to dry, nicely carbonated and with a good, complex apple taste and nose. Fresh apple, grassy orchard and some notes of apple cellar. Nice. 747414 250928

Bottle, 75cl. Clear pale and a bit thin. Clean apple aroma, but it's lacking depth. Still, quite nice. Some grassy hints and a touch of yellow plum. 636313 250906

YG. Pale golden-straw color with white bubbles. Aroma and flavor is apple, grass, yellow plum, floral.

750 ml clear bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7.7%. Extremely pale and clear straw colour, pours sparkling with a small and shortlived white head. Distinct aroma of Summerred and Gravenstein apples. Medium dry and crisp flavour, with notes of said apple varieties.

750 ml clear and capped bottle, as Odelsgut E - Discovery Cider, vintage 2024, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.2%. Clear and very pale straw colour, pours moderately sparkling with a shortlived white head. Perfumed and floral aroma of Discovery apples. Flavour mid between dry and sweet, distinct notes of Discovery apples.

Small fizzy shortlasting head, clear light golden color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, unripe apples, sour grass, sulfur, apple cores, hay, minerals, bark, cardboard. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, apple peel, hay, unripe apples, grass, alcohol, minerals, yeast, leafs, bark. Medium bitterness, sightly harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Bad batch?
