Small fizzy shortlasting head, clear light orangy golden color. Aroma is slightly dry fruity, apple cores, yeast, flowers, bubblegum, ripe apples, hay, hints of red berries. Taste is fresh fruity, raspberry candy, ripe apples, flowers, apple peel, citrus, hay, soda powder. Medium bitterness, fresh fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

Taste is slightly dry fruity, hay, dusty pears, grass, minerals, alcohol, paper, pear peel. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough, I'll never get a hold of perry.

Bottle 750ml @ yngwie - Nyttår 2023. Pours clear golden with a few white bubbles. Aroma is vinous with notes of apple and yeast. Taste is medium sweet and light sour with an average slightly dry and apple finish. Body is medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft to flat.

Bottle, 75cl. A sparkling pale yellow-golden cider with some white bubbles on top. The aroma has quite a lot of peardrops, with apple juice and a touch of grass and alcohol. It's full-bodied, warming and softly carbonated, semi-dry, with mostly straigth forward apple flavors. Some pear notes and a lemony touch. Grass, apple cores. Medium length finish. A bit too straigth forward this one, but quite decent anyway. 240413

Bottle, 75cl, from trade with Bryne. It's clear in the glass, golden in color, and almost still. Some bubbles sits around the rim. The aroma is quite sweetish, apple driven, with a touch of grass, apple cores, some generic fruityness and a touch of flowers. It's medium to full-bodied, lightly carbonated and semi-dry, with an apple driven flavor. Lightly flowery, old roses, flower store, with apple cores, some grass and a touch of tannins. Sort of orange peel-ish towards the finish. A bit sweeter than I prefer this one, but far from bad. 231230
