Cask at Pig’s Ear 2024 - Hackney. Pours mostly clear gold with a creamy, white topping. Lightly sweet with gorgeous, clean citrusy hop character, a little grassy bitterness, pale biscuits. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Well balanced finish. Excellent.

On tap at The Green Goddess, Blackheath Royal Standard. Hazy orange pour with a white head. Pineapple, grapefruit, mango & zesty orange aromas. Taste is predominantly zesty orange with a splash of grapefruit, mango, lime, passionfruit. Bittersweet fruits & subtle hop action in the close.

Cask at CPK, Pimlico on 28th September 2024. Clear gold with shallow foam and full lacing. Malt and fruitiness in aroma. Tangy fruits, zesty peel and biscuit malts in-mouth, a grassy transient and a rich fruity finish. Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.
