Description
At Wheatsheaf Brewery we make hand crafted real Ales. All our beer is made with love in small batches in our microbrewery using only quality natural ingredients, we never add anything artificial.

We use a mix of traditional and modern techniques to create our beers and we hope you love them as much as we do.

Cask at the Peterborough beer festival 2024. Lightly hazed deep golden colour with a white head. Light fruity and slight bitter. Medium body.

Cask at the Peterborough Beer Festival 2024. Off black colour with a tangled. Aroma and taste are malty slight smoke and bitter. Medium body.

2/2/2024. Cask at the 14th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Pours clear very dark brown with a frothy off-white/beige head. Aroma is milk chocolate, malt, coffee, dark fruits. Moderate sweetness, medium roasted bitterness. Moderate body, average to soft carbonation. Drying and increasingly bitter finish. Quite liked it.

2/2/2024. Cask at the 14th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Pours hazy chestnut brown with a small bubbly/frothy off-white head. Aroma is malty, caramel, floral, fruity. Moderate sweetness, moderate to medium bitterness. Moderate body, slightly watery, average to soft carbonation. Drying finish. Not bad.

500 ml bottle. Pours mostly clear chestnut brown with a beige cap. Malt, caramel, toffee, hedgerow berries. Light to moderate sweet & bitter. Medium body with soft carbonation.
