Half of gravity cask at the Hitchin Beer Festival. A real clarity in the glass, with a rich and biscuit flavour. In fact there was more than a hint of digestive. Very good best bitter.

Can on the Norfolk Dumpling, thanks to the Nick, 27/01/24. Light golden blonde with a just off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is grass, orange peel, straw, light perfume. Taste comprises orange zest, pale and breads malts, floral notes, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Passable affair ... comes over a touch sweet and flabby.
