Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 9th July 2024. Amber with shallow off-white foam and full lacing. Fruity aroma. Pungent, bitter and smoky in-mouth, and a grassy finish. Plenty of body for such low gravity, and a smooth mouthfeel.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from SPAR-EAT17. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy, pure white head. Light sweet flavour with notes of peach, flinty minerals, pine needles, apple sauce. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Dry, pithy and flinty finish. Quite basic, a little off.
