Luda Lincs Limited, Unit 6 Bolingbroke Court, Bolingbroke Road, Louth, LN11 0WE, England
Description
Our passion is craft beers.
We created the Luda Brewing Co. with one specific goal: to make amazing tasting craft beers and seltzers, that we love and you do too…
and we think we’ve achieved just that.
We put this goal in to practice in the cold winter months of 2021, when Luda Brewing Co. was formed. Based in Louth, the heart of the Lincolnshire wolds, three local friends who were born in the area came together, along with our head brewer, and we began brewing our now flagship beer ‘Luda Lager’.

Cask at Hop Emporium, Warrington. Pours a cloudy golden amber with a small foamy almost white head and excellent lacing. There’s floral hops and stone fruits in the aroma. In the mouth it is sweet with a soft and creamy texture. From the start though there is some underlying bitterness and this gradually increases. Flavour has floral hops, mango and passion fruit. Later there are hints of grapefruit and citrus leading to a dry finish. This is quite decent.

21/8/2024. Cask at the 45th Peterborough Beer Festival. Pours hazy pale gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma of raspberry, citrus, lemon, malt, biscuit, lemon puff. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with light sourness. Moderate body, oily watery, light fizzy carbonation. Quite liked this.

Gravity cask at the Peterborough Beer Festival 2024. Aroma: raspberry, lemon, herbal. Taste: light tartness, follows the aroma. Medium body with light carbonation. Always wary of a cask sour but this one was decent. Finally got to 20 Lincs ticks
