Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, apricot, fruity, light salty. Cask@Reading Beer Festival 2012. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral and mildly eggy. Flavour is citrus, wood, mild acidic notes as well. Quite mouthdrying bitterness.

Cask at Pig’s Ear Beer Festival, London. Hazy amber/brown. Very fruity with light-medium body. Salted dusty caramel followed by slight resiny bitterness. Somewhat anonymous.

Cask@Pigs Ear Beer Festival 2011. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is nutty, sweet fruity and mildly hoppy and herbal. Flavour is quite similar in a nice balance. Also has some slight syrupy notes along with some toasted notes as well.
