Tap at KBL Garage. Bright gold. Nose is big yuzu, some honey malts. Flavor is quite sweet, citrus, yuzu, honey malts. A bit too sweet and yuzu dominated but not bad.

Guest tap: Shizuoka Brewing Hopman Lager Hoppy Lager 6% Crystal clear gold with dense white foam and an enticing semi-tropical hop bouquet. Medium bodied with a slightly raspy carbonation and a crisp dry finish. This starts of sweet modern hop fruitiness then gives you a herbal bitter woodsy hop bite. Very crushable, loved it as it hit the spot on a chill sunny afternoon.

Tap at the Shizuoka Beer and Whisky Fair. Nice lemony hop nose, crisp malt. Hazy gold with lace. Big fruity hops, herbal, lemony. Crisp malt. Good lager for a new brewery.
