Karamelliger, süßlich herber Beginn, dunkler Hopfen. Leicht erhöhte Karbonisierung, mittelstarke Bitterkeit, süffig. Spritzig, ansteigend hopfig, getreidig, karamelliger werdend. Langer, bitter hopfiger Nachgeschmack. Gelungen. 9/12/12/11/12/11

440ml can. Hazy, dark yellow-ish to orange, golden colour with average to huge, frothy to creamy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy fruity and slightly tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, wheaty and slightly oaty, malty background, notes of mango, yellow stone fruit, orange, some grapefruit, melon. Taste is slightly grainy and floury, wheaty and slightly oaty malty with very low residual sweetness, moderately bitter, fruity and slightly citrusy hoppy, notes of yellow stone fruit, hints of grapefruit, some melon; malty, minimally papery, floury finish.
Slightly creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally papery, dry palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Rather malty, oaty, restrained fruitiness, almost a touch muesli-like - not fully convincing.

440ml can. Opalescent, orange, dark golden to amber colour with huge, frothy to creamy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, very pale sulphureous head. Piney and citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, pale and caramel malty background, hints of pineapple, a touch of lemon, a very cautious jelly bear touch. Taste is crisp, bitter, grassy and piney, minimally citrusy fruity hoppy, pale and caramel malty backbone with low residual sweetness, hints of lemon, woody pineapple, weak citric tartness.
Oily texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy, simultaneously dry palate, medium to fine, dense, foamy, prickly carbonation.
Crisp and refreshing, solid malty backbone, slightly restricted width of flavours - good.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orange golden colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally grainyand strawy, pale malty and slightly fruity hoppy, minimally yeasty fruity aroma, hints of apricot, mirabelle, a touch of protein. Taste is minimally strawy, pale malty, slightly yeasty fruity and mildly bitter, minimally fruity and tart-ish, herbal-grassy hoppy, hints of mirabelle, apricot, thistle, a touch of protein; slightly mineral finish.
Watery texture, smooth and soft, almost minimally astringent palate, medium to fine, very dense, prickly carbonation.
Not the most typical Helles, nice yeasty fruity aspects - quite OK.

Herbal hoppy aroma, slightly spicy and minimally biscuity, malty background, a touch of mint and lemon balm. Taste is herbal, slightly floral and minimally fruity hoppy, slightly biscuity, minimally spicy, malty basis, hints of mint, melon, a touch of lemon balm, some residual sweetness.
Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium to coarse, lively carbonation.
Unusually hopped, relatively sweet, sadly a bit overcarbonated - nice.
