Fles gedeeld met Roelzie. Het is een diep donkerbruin bier met een volle beige schuim. Het heeft een aroma van gebrande mout en koffie. De smaak is vol gebrande mout, chocolade en rozijnen.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Nicely malty aroma with caramel, nuts, brown malts, some chocolate and roast. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet and light bitter. Above medium body. Excellent Doppelbock with a touch of nuts and chocolate.

Bottle at home. Brown, dark brown color, medium sized beige head. Aroma and flavor are malts, lightly leaves, brown malts with a little sweetness. Hard to describe tbh, but it's quite pleasant for a bock. Very solid.

330ml bottle at THT Den Haag, October 2024. Poured a clear dark brown colour with little life. The aroma is light toffee, earthy. The flavour is moderate liquorice bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, rich, roasty, nutty, light sweet vanilla palate. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle at Razvan's mega tasting. Clear dark brown. Lots of brown sugar, figs, cocoa nibs, alcohol, bitter green veggies, burnt bitter sugar. Medium sweet, quite bitter. Over medium bodied. Weird.
