BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Golden orangey colour, bubbly rim and aroma of ripe apple, fleshy fruity, alittle funk. Taste is sweet, appley, ripe, stone fruit, meaty funk, with drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweetish funky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

6/8/2025. From BIAB at GBBF 2025. Sweet, funky, apple aroma. Very sweet sugary taste. Some dryness to finish. My wife’s favourite cider here so far but too sweet for me.

Keg at Roberto's, Halesowen. Pours very dark brown with a small head. Aroma is hoppy sweet dark berries and chocolate. Taste has chocolate and coffee with a hoppy dark berries finish.
