Description
The story of our brewery located in Carvin began in 2014. As amateur brewers, we had already created our recipes for La Drache beers, drawing our inspiration from the brewing traditions of Hauts-de-France.

In 2017, work began on the building that would later house the Brasserie Wattbeer in Carvin. In 2019, the vats were assembled by hand on site.

Our micro-brewery opened on September 15, 2020, it was the culmination of our passion for craft beer!

Draught @ Fete des Bieres de Collab, Clairmarais. Pours a misty pinkish colour, white head. Floral red berry nose. Decent hibiscus and raspberry red berry fruits to taste, mild bitterness.. airy palate, nicely balanced.

Draught @ Bier Feest, Douvrin. Brewed as the official beer of the town of Douvrin. Pours a misty yellow, white head. Aroma of pale malt, soft blonde yeast. Flavour profile presents a standard blonde, moderately sweet, soft palate. Fine.

Draft @ Gambrinus Beer Fest, Bethune. Pours a misty blonde, good white head. Aroma of rustic farm harvest. Grainy malt blonde flavour profile.. nice rustic touch, subtle hop bitterness. Ok.

Bottle pour @ Gambrinus Beer Festival, Bethune. Misty reddish pink appearance, white froth atop. Raspberry fragrance on the nose. Decent light raspberry character.. nicely balanced.. not especially vivid but pleasant all the same.
