Description
The family business, located 15 minutes from Fougères, on the border of Normandy and Mayenne, was founded by Jean and Catherine Guérin in 1988. At the beginning, it specialized in the production of red fruits and the establishment of a cider orchard.

Subsequently, the company diversified its activities by launching the production of cider and apple juice. Romuald, the son, then joined the family business.

The company finally decided to focus exclusively on orchards with the production of cider and apple juice.

The orchards extend over 17 hectares and include around fifteen varieties of cider apples.

75cl bottle with a galette @ La Duchesse Anne, St Malo. Clear gold, good effervescence. Aroma of refined glowing apple fruit. Great fruity expressions to taste, clean, low tannin, shines really well with a light silky mouthfeel. Very good.
