Draught @ One Shot Brewpub during a 50 mile ride. Pours a hazed blonde, large white head. Smooth with excellent full body, just could do with a touch more sweetness, a little more yeast. Nice doughy brioche aroma tho.

Draught @ One Shot Brewpub during a 50 mile ride. Slightly hazy blonde, pure white head. Legere indeed. Very easy going blonde, pale malt, soft, medium bodied. Nice enough.

Keg @ One Shot after a ride over with Soph. Pours a hazed gold, good white head. Fantastic TIPA.. great hop expression, vibrant citrus without getting too sweet, moderately pokey alcohol presence, measured bitterness.. really good.

Keg @ One Shot after a ride over with Soph. Pours a deep burnished mahogany, good off-white head. Fantastic nose, sweet, herbal. Sublime barley wine with an excellent sweetness, some medicinal notes, not really caramel or toffee per se, more herbal.. different and delectable.

Cask handpull (!) @ One Shot Brewpub. Pours pitch black, small tan head that sticks around. A very nice surprise to see this, a salted caramel Imperial Stout on handpull. Lovely and smooth, served a little too warm but criticism is offset by it being so ruddy nice. Inviting caramel nose with rich dark malt, continues to taste with great balance, noticeable salty caramel.. lovely.

Draft @ One Shot Brewpub, after a 140km gravel race. Pours opaque hazed gold, good white head. Excellent aroma of overipe exotic, juicy sweet. Continues to, full bodied, wonderfully balanced, fresh, flavoursome.. excellent haze.
