330ml bottle shared with Soph watching the opening ceremony of Notre Dame. Pours a hazed yellow, bright effervescence. Aroma is sweet, some light custard, vanilla, citrus. Crisp, fragrant, fresh summery feel to taste.. nice first bite apple zest, moderately sweet, with some sweet apple character coming through. Nice.

330ml bottle @ Brasserie du Pays Flamand, Merville. Contrary to the name, it's a cider not an IPA, but a hoppy one, hence the confusing name. Pours pale yellow, light sparkle. Herbal, hoppy nose. Sweet sappy herbal hoppy side, but quite clean, a little syrupy. Not overly sweet or thin, ok but clearly aims for the 'craft' mainstream.
