Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, pine, citrus, fruity hops - fruity yeast, woody - earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity hops - fruity yeast, woody hops, citrus, pale malt, light pine, earthy touch. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20191011]

Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, meat, smoke. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity malt, dark malt, sweet malt, smoke, meat - wood. On tap at the Rook & Gaskill, York February 2020. Hazy gold in colour, with a slight, white, head. Tangerine and pineapple fruits, citrus hops, a hint of marmalade sweetness, light malts and a dry finish. Enjoyable.

Cask-conditioned at the Rook & Gaskill, York February 2020. Near black in colour, with a slight, beige, head. Milk chocolate, leafy hops, toasty malts with a touch of accompanying cremainess, leading to a slightly charred finish. Enjoyable.
