500ml bottle from the producer at Cheddar Food & Drink Festival 2023. Pours a clear gold, rustic cider barrel aroma. Quite a curious rustic flavour profile, characterful apple fruit, dusty tannic finish. Interesting.

Half pint from barrel @ Cheddar Food & Drink Festival Sep 2023. Pours an unclear deep gold. Pleasant natural deep fruity sweet aroma, good cider apple notes. Soft palate, pleasant medium sweetness with good fruity tones, soft tannin, juicy with excellent drinkability. Really good natural cider.
