Can from Corti Bros. Pours translucent gold with a large white head. Aroma is very citrus and suggests pomelo with zest. Near med body. Flavor matches the aroma with some pale malt support. Not super dry. Rather zesty bitter. Nice stuff.

Can from Corti Bros. Pours clear amber with a substantial beige/tan head. Aroma is mostly ginger. Med body. Flavor is ginger, but there's a sourness that sort of suggests kimchi. Pale malt and ginger in the finish. Another adventure that went well.

The nose is all kimchi. The taste is a bit more ginger and it’s slightly watery on the finish. Not sure I’d pair it with Korean food, but it’s an intriguing ome
