750ml bottle at a share. Pours a clear gold. Sour yogurt nose. Hugely lactic. Flavor has crab apple but something buttery and weird. Off. 5 3 5 2 8

750ml bottle pours a clear gold, white head faded fast. Big white wine and white grape nose. Some grain and herbs, a little sour barrel but a lot of white wine vinegar. Flavors all follow, leads with acid, some raw fruit now and plenty of lemon juice, white grape, tannic barrel. Finishes acetic, dry.

750ml bottle pours a murky gold with red touches but no head. Nose has strawberry and some apple cider vinegar, some funk, a bit buttery, blood orange. Flavors of strawberry and pomegranate vinegar, Vitamin C, blood orange, butter. Good barrel. Tart finish.

From a bottle. Pours a cloudy pale straw with an off white head. Aromas are delicate herbs and citrus. Flavors are moderately sweet stewed prunes with some slight citrus tartness.

At share: pours slightly hazy with white head. Aroma is red wine, light spice, yeast. Taste is sweet, winy, light spicy notes. Sweet finish and aftertaste.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear light orange with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has light citrus and a touch of grapefruit with grain backing. Flavor is light citrus and grain with grapefruit but a slightly thin finish.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has a good amount of guava with citrus rind and a hint of melon underlying. Flavor starts with guava that is joined by citrus rind and a light grass note.
