Cask at Smithfield, Derby. Pours a bright golden amber with minimal white head and good lacing. Marmalade in the aroma, plus some hints of spices. In the mouth the texture is curious varying between sweet and spicy. There are oranges and malts plus traces of lemon and floral hops. Finish is slightly dry. Reasonable I guess.

Cask, third at Manchester Beer and Cider Festival, Coast To Coast Bar. Shared with Finn.Stable white head over an unclear golden body, lacing rings down the glass. Moderate grapefruit aromas. Juicy taste profile with grapefruit up front, and a bite of mid-sweet malts beneath. Succulent ripe fruity ending. Just alright. (Third day at the festival, 24.01.2020).
