Undated can drunk 3/6/26.
Huh, I don't know that I'd say that smells very wit-like, but there's definitely some bitterness/borderline astringency from (what I assume is) spice. Belgian yeast for sure and it smells pretty clean with no crude ester/phenol. Not a huge bubble gum bomb. Low clove. Soft wheat.
Light and fluffy with spice lingering on the edges of the palate. The bitter spice helps cut through the chewy wheat and moderate sugar of the base malt. Nothing insane, but it's a well-done example that avoids the insipid bubble gum/cloviness and watery, undermalted textures of the poor examples.

Draught at Brooklyn Brewery: pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is light citrus, hints of banana and some coriander. Smooth and not too sweet. Spice an distinct fruitiness well done.
