Pours pale yellow with small head and huge carbonation, bubbles on side. Aroma of hibiscus some floral notes. Taste has bitch beer notes, some sassafras. Palate has very subtle orange oil notes on the tongue, clean and crisp, some very mild yeast and more birch on the nose. Quite good.
