On tap at Brothers Beer. Pours milky and a delicate rose pink. Orange, rhubarb, strawberry, little creaminess. Nice full body. Extremely fun and pretty tasty too.

On tap. There’s a little blackcurrant, a little sourdough but not enough of either and not much else. The body is fizzy, but the flavour is just carbonated water and overdiluted blackcurrant squash. Not a fan.

500ml bottle. Aroma is tart perfumed lemon and a little herbal character. Flavour is lots of lemon, a little breadiness. Really very nice.

On tap at OGH. Aroma is all grapefruit, a little melon and some bitter hoppiness. Flavour hits the same notes. Very bitter, not sure I’d want more than one, but nice.

On tap at the Garden Shed. Aroma is subdued but there’s some spice, biscuit and apple notes. Flavour is much better, I’m getting lots of biscuit and toasted walnuts, with some ginger and cinnamon stuff. There’s some bitterness from the hops too, but the malts definitely win. Really nice example of the style.

On tap at Vultures Lane. Aroma is all sharp white wine. Flavour has white wine, lots of acidity, some citrus. Really nice.
