Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! My English Cidery #502. Clear pale golden colour, short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fruit, white-wine like notes. Taste is slightly tart, appley, fleshy, fruity, with white wine hints, some mellow citric acidity and balanced light tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, smooth dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

27/9/2024. From BIAB at St. Albans Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Pours clear very pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is very appley, green, lightly funky, citric, slightly mucky. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness, moderate tartness. Medium body, low carbonation. Drying tannic finish. Well done.
