Tap at Zil verne. Unnecessarily high level of clove in here, dominating the remaining aspects of the beer. The complexity of yeast-derived spices is not really here. Hops flavours hidden as well. Balanced in terms of base tastes though. The spelt gives it even more body and chewiness than present traditionally. Medium-high carbonation is sufficient. All in all still a good beer. Just needs reconsidering the fermentation temperature.

Bottle sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks Vova. Hazy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma of fruity hops, tropical, overripe, some yeast. Flavor has sweetish malt, and bitterish fruity hops. Nice and refreshing.

0.75l bottle. Hazy golden color with medium creamy white head. Aroma: resins, mango, pineapple, tangerine, malt, juicy. Taste: citrus, resins, malt. Medium body, light to moderate carbonation. Higher bitterness with loads of fruitiness. Could have less maltiness in my opinion, however still very good.
